Seawolf Prospect Day 2024

The Sonoma State University Men’s Lacrosse program is proud to announce our fourth annual Seawolf Prospect Day! This event is designed to provide prospects and their families with a true Sonoma State University Men's Lacrosse experience. Seawolf Prospect Day provides a great opportunity for players to compete against other prospects and learn about the culture that makes our program special.

First, prospective student-athletes and their families will be provided with a guided campus tour that outlines what Sonoma State has to offer academically, athletically, and socially, while learning the details that are the driving forces behind the Sonoma State Men's Lacrosse Blue Collar culture.

Following the campus tour, players will suit up to engage in a practice in which they will be given the opportunity to closely interact with the Seawolves staff and players. Our coaching staff will lead each on-field session which will involve teaching individual skill work, team concepts, and controlled scrimmages. You will have the opportunity to experience the tempo and drills of a high-caliber MCLA D1 program.

Afterwards, both parents and players are invited to enjoy a team BBQ following the on-field work.

Seawolf Prospect Day is limited to the first 35 prospects who register. The cost to attend is $50 and will include a Sonoma State Lacrosse reversible.
